So we often buy LOTS of non inventory parts and set up everything in the Work Order Items list. We do this so changes can be made in mobile, but mobile does not have the ability to add markups of any list to items on the work or and neither do we in the office unless we create an invoice, but after we create an invoice, then it can no longer be edited in mobile, am I missing something here? This is a huge disconnect between MOBILE AND TOM. If that one little problem can be addressed then operational efficiency between TOM AND MOBILE will increase ten fold as both can edit work order items without locking anybody out, Mobile can then already have the mountain of non inventory parts automatically marked up rather than wasting 30 mins out in the truck with a calculator and a pdf copy of markup list. YES we STILL NEED A CALCULATOR TO USE MOBILE, not much different than paper.. Anyway, if the work order gets created WITH MARKUPS in the office then the tech can create an invoice, make notes and finish job, TRASH THE CALCULATOR and EVERYBODY WINS! YEEEEEEHAWL!
