We would like to see Sales Opportunity reminders when not acknowledged in (?) amount of time to auto send an email to the assigned rep. Our sales reps do not check their Aptora as often as we would like. I would like to see an ability for Aptora to generate an email automatically if their are SOM reminders still pending.
I imagine this could be used for other parts of the software.
