While using Mobile II on iPads, our signature box on the workorders or the invoices are pretty small. – customers cannot sign their signatures. We’re getting them to try initials, but a stylus doesn’t help. Is there a way we can zoom in or expand the size of the signature box so that we could get it as large as possible for our customers who need as big of a box as they can see?

We are having this same issue. We are having this problem with elderly customers that can’t see to sign.
The other issue we are having is on newer model tablets and phone is that the signature will not rotate to sign and some devices after its signed it moves the “acceptance Tab” lower than what you can actually select by pressing.
I will look into this and let everyone know what I find out. Thank you.
It’s 2022 and the Signature block is good for little else than initials.
Please adjust the canvas to allow a normal-sized signature. On a phone, this may require landscape entry.
