Sales Opportunity Improvement

Allowing mobile users to see the stage of their sales calls. When they are updating their stages they cannot see the stage for the customer unless they go into the customer. It’s not very productive if the sales person cannot see their own stage at a glance. At least allow the sales folks to choose from a menu of which options show up on their overview.

  1. Do you mean they cannot see the stage of the sales opportunity unless they go into the sales opportunity (not customer)?

    If that is what you mean then: Do you want us to add the Sales Opportunity Stage to the Sales Opportunity List?

  2. Correct – they cannot see the stage unless they go into the customer So when they are glancing through their opportunities they cannot see the stage the the call is in, only the status, but mostly they just say in progress. They can’t quickly see what customer’s they need to check in with.

  3. If they are looking at the sales opportunity list and go into the customer, they will be looking at the customer’s stage, not the sales opportunity’s stage.

    I just want to be clear if you mean the stage for the customer or do you mean the stage for the sales opportunity?

    I am pretty sure you mean the sales opportunity stage.

  4. Ok. So to be clear. Your feature request would be the following. Please let us know if this is correct.

    In the Preferences form for the Sales Opportunity List, you have the ability to add and arrange various columns (fields) for the Sales Opportunity List. Please add “Stages” to those preferences. We would like to have the ability to add the Stage of the sales opportunity (lead) to the Sales Opportunity List.
