Please make it possible for the technicians to view ALL customers in Mobile. Both active & inactive. As a 74 year old business we have a great deal of work history & a considerable customer base. This is especially important in the “on call” situation when the office is not open.

Just so we all know: If you create a work order, appointment, sales opportunity, etc. in Total Office Manager, you must activate that customer.
To do this, we would to add a security setting that will allow a user to see inactive customers. They must also be able to make them active or else they would not be able to open their record or use that customer (like TOM). This security setting will need to be on a user by user basis.
QUESTION: Is it okay to let users activate inactive records?
Yes, please! Otherwise, I will have technicians creating unnecessary new customers.
