Admin bypass not duplicated password
The new admin password feature is great. Thanks for adding that. We asked for that a long time ago. Can you make the password unique to each user? We don’t want our people entering one pw for all people.
Add Fields to Items List
I know this is not a popular thing but can you please add mfg number and data created to the items list? It would make our inventory work for year end sooo must faster. We would pay more if needed.
Department Columns for the Dashboard

Auto Create Contact log when Printing Option

Gate Code Field
Please add a field for “Gate Code” that is visible in the work order address fields (and all other address fields). If you put it in the address lines, it interferes with the map applications on Mobile.
Quick Edit for Multiday work orders
We noticed that there does not seem to be a quick edit for work orders that are multiday. If we missed it somewhere please tell us. That would be very helpful. We use the quick edit to avoid going back to tom.
Schedule with GPS
We would like to be able automate the scheduling process with GPS information. We put in a support ticket a while back that has all of the details. Thank you.
Item list only loads 10 per page in mobile!
Ability to adjust how many items load per page in mobile items lists. Mobile used to load up to 300 items per page and it now only loads 10. Field technicians are complaining it takes longer to find items and would like say 50 or 100 per page. If this was a preference that would …
