when processing a check with multiple invoices the only spot not able to sort is the invoice number. It would make this process a lot easier if we could sort by invoice number as that is the way i recieve the payment information. The parent has 12,000 children with checks having payments for 1000 invoices.

We would like the ability to be able to batch update estimate status. This would help clean up the estimate status so that we can get proper reporting in the new contractor compass installation backlog located in the company dashboard.

Your document management system is nice, and pretty full featured, but it would be nice to when you go to attach a document, you could chose either attach from folder, or click a button that would up a document scanner interface, where you could scan whatever you needed, then name it, and it dumped it

The Cell Phone field which total office manager uses to auto text customers needs to be a header found in all important lists. Please add it to Customer Equipment List, Service Agreement List Work Order Lists, Customer Job Lists, etc. Any others you can think of. It’s an important field people to use to compile
