5.9.8.0 Release Notes

Release Date: 08/09/2019

When updating, please stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) website for Aptora Mobile II prior to running the Mobile Configuration Utility.  Also, please make sure that Users clear the cache on the browser and or the Mobile Application. Please don’t use your browser in “private” or ” Incognito Mode”. This will cause problems with Aptora Mobile II.

This will ensure that the update will have access to update all the necessary files that Aptora Mobile needs to perform correctly.

Fixes/Corrections

  • Terms on work orders were being removed when editing work orders. Ticket# 18021
  • Creating a Work Order from a Sales Opportunity. Ticket# 17937
  • Discounts on Service Agreements. Ticket# 17973

Enhancements

  • Added the ability to alter the columns that are displayed for Phone Message lists.
  • Added the ability to send multi-day work orders as PDF’s.
  • Added a new security feature which allows admin to give other users the ability to “Copy All”
    Work Order, Invoice/Estimate, Purchase Order, Flat Rate Pricing and Service Agreement settings to all users.
  • Updated notifications when clicking stopwatch on multi-day work orders. The red text will not be updated
    unless the user leaves the page and then returns. Notifications will display when stopwatches are clicked.
  • The following pages were updated to the new Grid User Interface.
    • Employees
    • Company Assets
    • Customer Equipment Sales History
    • Customer Equipment Work Order History
    • Customer Equipment Service Agreement History
    • Customer Service Agreements List
    • Customer Contact Log Notifications
  • Added new preferences that allow users to select what displays in the pop-up when users click events within the calendar.
