Note: This is a schedule board only update. We occasionally release a schedule board update and not a Total Office Manager update. That way, users can get this update quicker. Future Total Office Manager updates contain prior schedule board updates.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  1. Ticket 32159: Corrected an issue where the schedule board was dropping the GPS and the device was disappearing from the map.
  2. Ticket 31518: We synced the scheduling wizard with the map and the scheduling wizard will no longer be available when the map is not present.
  3. Ticket 35678: We fixed and issue where when using the Quick Edit feature the end time on a WO in Total Office Manager did not match the end time for the same WO on the schedule board.

Custom Programming

  1. This programming allows a user to add a new customer from within the schedule board, it adds more flexibility to route current customers based on the locations of the WO on the board vs using the home location, and adds the ability to route WOs from the unscheduled side of the schedule board.
