Enhancements/Modifications

The following contains feature requests submitted by users like you:

1. Import Form. We made updates to allow importing from higher versions of Excel while keeping backward compatibility.
2. We improved the behavior of the warning regarding Cap Locks On/Off when logging in.
3. We improved how the Group Items option is handled in AIA.
4. Added a new field to the Estimate form called Contract Total”. This indicates the total of the job without Retainage (if any).

Bug Fixes

1. Ticket 41162 – We fixed the issue related to work order items not carrying over to invoice.
2. Error in calculated field will not look at retention calculation.
3. We resolved the issue where the Calculated Field to display the estimate total was ignoring the retainage amount.
4. New Chart of Account form. We fixed a display issue where the form’s controls are hidden when the COA form is opened. This solved an old issue with the form opening and all controls are missing. They show when the user resizes the form. This problem was only with certain Display Settings, most often with 1920 x 1080.

1. Pay Bills form: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
2. Work Order form: Error Number 9, “Subscript out of range”.
3. Customer:Job form: Error number 365, “Unable to unload within this context”.
4. Customer Equipment form: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
5. List forms: Error Number 2147467259, “Connection failure”.
6. Work Order List form. We added error handling to one function.
7. Customer Equipment form: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
8. Invoice form: Error Number 2147467259, “Connection failure”.
9. Invoice form: Error Number -2147467259, “Method ‘~’ of object ‘~’ failed”.
10. Invoice form: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
11. Process Paychecks form: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
12. Work Order form: We fixed the Yellow Screen for: Error Number 94, “Invalid use of Null”.
13. Error Number 9, “Subscript out of range”.
14. Error Number 365 “Unable to unload within this context”.
15. Error Number -2147217900, “The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan”. This is a rare event and only expected for extremely complex queries or queries that reference a very large number of tables or partitions.
16. We updated various error handling improvements that reduce YS error handling to show newer operating system versions.
17. Added error handling for Error Number -2147024882. This will help reduce related YS errors.
18. On the Pay Bills form, we added additional error handling to numerous places. This was an attempt to reduce the chances of the program crashing or freezing while the Pay Bills form is in use.
