Please add the functionality of editing the parent account details like Company Name and DBA Name to auto Filter or an option to apply to all children. We had a company change their name and now have to update 200 children accounts to reflect the new name.

You are able to do this by using Tools, Utilities, Update Cust:Jobs Bill To Address. Change the address on the parent first, then run this utility. It will change the bill to address on all the children. This has been a game changer for us!

Thank you for your reply. We have used this in the past when addresses change but in this case the customer has actually changed their legal name and require the bills to reflect the new name. Have you ever used this tool for that purpose of updating the company name and DBA in the children accounts? I do not see that option in the utility. I will try it in a sample database today and see if it takes the other information.
