Just noticing there are a few key things missing in history that would speed up simple processes and reviews.
1) Payment History doesn’t have payment type. It would be nice to know at a glance if this was CC or Check.
2) Stage would be a helpful view on all applicable forms, not just WO. (i.e. Invoice, estimates,)
3) For Work Orders, Private notes and Tech notes are available in window to the right, but dispatch notes are missing. Dispatcher notes should be visible too.
4) I also think Customer:Job Stage info should be visible (And changeable) from the history window too.
