Currently when using the drop down to enter items in a PO, you can only see the Purchase Description column. It would be helpful to see the Sales Description so our users don’t have to use the Lookup.

The purchase order shows the purchase description by design. That is because you would want to know the purchase-related description when buying that item.
Hi James, yes, I understand the design but it is not helpful for our managers since we changed over our item names so now only the sales descriptions have the full / simple description they count on. Our purchase descriptions have model numbers / description useful to our suppliers. For now I have our staff using the item lookup but it would be much better if the sales description column was shown in the drop down when adding an item.
