To minimize clicks, it is helpful to see important information on the main screen of the work order. Can you get the Ordered By moved directly under the Duration on the main screen? Can we also relocate the Callback field directly under the Ordered By field?

These two fields are information the technicians need to know. The General Tab contains fields the technicians do not fill out or need to access. This will also minimize the amount of clicks to read information needed.
