Caller ID for VIOP
This may not be a feature request. We would like to move to VOIP phones and want to keep our caller ID. Is there plans to add VOIP caller ID? Your support says we could use Callcap but don’t want to unless we have to.

We are hosted and have a lot of files on hosted and more very day. Is it possible to have a file explorer for the hosted files like Windows has. Can we have a disk drive letter for our hosted files? We would pay more per month if necessary. I imagine it would cost Aptora …
We use and love subtotals in estimates but they are hard to find mixed in the grid with a sea of items and groups. TOM should highlight subtotals! Hurray!
This feature would be helpful for companies that do not want their Total Office Manger user name to be sent out with emails when using the Alternative SMPT Email.
Please add a drop down Lookup to the Vendor field in the Vendor History Form to allow you to switch between Vendors on this Form. From this one form you could lookup just about anything you needed for any Vendor and save the clutter of all of the open tiles on your screen.

Is there any chance of getting “stages” setup in “Company Preferences” as a require field on Worker Orders Sales/Invoice/Estimate Options and PO? Stages has been one of the best features added, but it only works if employee’s remember to set the stage. I like to keep them from saving the form without it being set.
Have you ever been frustrated that your co-workers forgot to enter WO’s or PO’s they said they would? How about a TOM delegation system you can assign data entry tasks to users that tags a customer:job and shows up in reminders they need to check off?
Do you have to go back and assign missing departments when doing a month close like we do? Please add a preference that requires departments throughout all records.
We would like to have overtime calculated automatically. We average 60 employees weekly with overtime that have to be manually fixed, this allows for human error. It could be done similar to QB with overtime rules.
