Please add the Work Address as an available column in the work order list. This will help us see where the work is being performed without having to open each work order

Cursor placement
A great improvement would be if the typing cursor is activated on each form when it’s opened, this would speed up entry and save un-necessary mouse clicks help reduce tendonitis .
Make Boxes Bigger (use more space)
There is tons of empty real estate on forms and on workflow navigator. Instead of trying to crunch everything into these small congested spaces, increase height of boxes and increase fonts. Take more of the space. Makes viewing gentler on the eyes
Customer Lookup on History Form
Please add a drop down Lookup to the customer field in the Customer History Form to allow you to switch between customers on this Form. From this one form you could lookup just about anything you needed for any customer and save the clutter of all of the open tiles on your screen.
Active Directory Integration
Creating a user in AD would be very helpful to allow for single sign on (SSO) this would eliminate the need to create a user in AD then again in Aptora allowing them to sign in with their AD credentials.
