I have a suggestion that may help a lot of companies. We sell products to many different builders. The serialized equipment is on quoted contract prices that are good for several years. Aptora inventory goes sideways at points (still not sure why). General Journal list and then going to ‘Rebuild Item Register’. This requires a password. This password is something that Aptora has. This has not always been the case… it would be nice if our local admin password would allow us to run the rebuild.

Please add a date field that can be set as a semi-required field for “Install Date” to invoices (ie. a warning message that says “Install date is blank, please verify the install date is accurate.”). I would like to see the PO expected dates in the customer history screen for POs. We regularly use customer history for full snapshots but we have to open each PO to get the eta. Particularly with the state of backorders right now, this would save many hours for us.
