2 Problems I run into frequently. 1) When editing an invoice with a payment on it, if it goes negative it gives you the “can’t have a negative amount” warning. If you open the payment and un-apply it from the invoice, the invoice will not refresh the balance and continues to give you the negative

Would like a field on the main view for workorders, estimates, PO to quickly see if there are any photos or document links in the main screens. This would be similar to the balance notifications in customer screens.

The ability to assign tasks to stages and link these to employees so as a stage is updated it sends a task to the employee associated to that task so they no they need to handle the next task inline.

Miscellaneous items added to invoices could be easier to price if tech could enter our cost and then select a mark-up table and the program calculate retail price for them. Field technicians would be able to price jobs faster with less errors.

As I am working on rolling out the system I realize I can’t create items while in the mobile platform. Part of building the system is building the item list on the fly. As far as I can tell I have no way to do this on mobile.

The ability to select batches of serialized part on item reservation and invoice entry. This would make for a less tasking way of having to manually enter 100s of itemized parts to invoices and item reservations.
