Lookup & Add -on all drop downs

We have run across several drop down menus that do not have the feature. The most recent was the GL Account in A/P enter invoice. Our account names are # + Description. So when we go to select we have to scroll through to find what we are looking for.

Auto Contact Log Entires

When i’m in a customers contact log, let me click a button that will then open a blank email in outlook. When I send the email, it then auto contact logs the email in the customers history.

Company/User Setting/Preference to leave Work/Ship Date Blank

When we create an invoice, the Work/Ship date auto populates with todays date. We make invoices weeks before we deliver in some cases. Can there be a setting to leave the Work/Ship Date blank? I would rather no information than incorrect information. This would be for desktop users only, not mobile.

Import Feature is Backwards
