When you are in Custom Data Views & List some of the Titles or Headers are very long. The only way you can get them into view is to shrink them. Then you don’t know what they are. It would be great if you could wrap the header texts so you could shrink the columns

Need a list for filling out EEO forms. Currently the Gender and Ethnicity are not listed on any of the Employee List. This is getting to be a very common form that is required. Please add fields to existing list, or even better create the EEO form
