Currently estimates do not show who estimated the job on estimates in mobile. On the pdf that gets sent out we have no idea who made the estimate unless we look up the customer history. Would like to add the estimators name on the mobile estimates.
Hello. Please add a batch update form like we now have for work orders, items, and such. We need to do a lot of changes for departments and salespeople. We will pay $250 or more since that is cheaper than our labor.
When techs place notes in a PO in mobile they have multiple lines to place their notes. When saved, the desktop TOM can only see the first line without copying and pasting the notes into a notepad first. We use MailChimp. We export Total Office Manager information from the Marketing Lists Generator. We import into MailChimp manually. It works well We would like some type of automated (or a few clicks) system that keeps the two systems synced up. That would save us time.
